T just made a remark : " i like to go office with daddy. tomorrow, i'll go with daddy to office". i took this opportunity to ask her if mommy could return to work. her reply ?

it's the middle of the month. no idea where the rest of the days went.
i think i know where those days went... they flew by in a blur.
DH was ill with P.
Funny how these virus attack even adults ; i thought it's for kids' ... anyway, glad the saga is over and i can ditch the superpower suit. It was trying to take care of 3.

yes, i admit i am in the crazy publication business. Largely because when u sit among beyond talented ladies, u are pressured to perform. Well, it's psychological it seems.
Now that the year is ending, i guess it's time for me to sit back and review my report card ! LOL...
but i m really glad and thankful that the curse has been broken some months back and i have some stuff to report back to my boss each month ! :)

it's not all glamour sitting on dt ... it's work ! and sometimes there's pressure which is good for improvement ! i remember my very first reaction when i first got accepted to FP, i yelped : " how can it be ?? die lah, sure malu (aka embarrassed) one" ... LOL... of course, to date, i've still loads to learn from many of the brilliant ladies and i truly look up to each and every one of them !
Of course, the heart of it all is not and shall not be forgotten. The root of why scrapping is important to me still rings each time i attempt a project.

November ! I can smell Christmas !!
My favourite festive season. Love the last quarter of the year.
Love the occassional rain, love the gloomy weather.
Love it that examinations are over (not that it affect me; everyone is happy - so that's good).

not sure about you. But as i flip through my layout albums, i tend to take out a few and do some repair work. Like to dabble here and dare , add on etc cause some layouts which i did earlier really look blah to me !...

















think Telia has some seperation anxiety. Not with me but with her brother ... love him to bits. She needs to sleep with him by her side, eat with him by her side, hold his hands, feel so sad when she has to leave him for school.... talk about love!

i really need to do this layout... T(girl) has an obvious dislike for medicine. It was a struggle to administer a feed to her and it was our fear each time she falls ill. Weird thing is one morning after she turned 3, she came to me asking for medicine. Yeah, she needed that @ that time. After a spoonful, she exclaimed Yummy... yeah, should have known earlier it's so syrupy sweet ... So, it was such a relief...

my hard disk died. It's undergoing autopsy right now . and i lost all my photos.
Most of #2's birth photos... we've printed most of them out but the thought of losing something so precious makes me want to dig a hole and bury myself...
i think i'm the only one who doesn't back up religiously... who would think the computer would die so suddenly ?! Quick back up if u haven't done so ...:[

the kids are recovering after a long haul of coughing bout... not fun. At all.
no ice cream, no this no that. i'm slowly uncrossing my fingers hoping they'll get well by the end of the week. Man, it has been a crazy month ...

i had been on a scrapping hiatus for a week. I was moaning for my hard disk. No mood to do scrapping. How could i when the most important element in scrapping is missing ?
Since we installed a new driver 2 days ago, things got better. i mean, i scrapped.
sorry for being so bright and causing u eye sore ...
but i'm absolutely loving red (still) ...

pretty excited when i received my oct's issue of Memory Makers Magazine. This is a very special issue cause it's my very first magazine publication in print ! i've only started to submit my work for publication in the second quarter of this year and i'm really thankful that God opened windows to encourage me.
i showed Telia this page and she squealed "Thank u mommy !" closed the mag and ran off to play. it was a totally unexpected thank u :)


here's another DIY ! love these wooden clothes peg and they are wonderful for twirling ribbons, fibres etc and great for storage !

September Post

it's time for school again ! one week flew by and seriously i have no idea what concrete stuff we did with telia other than letting catch up with her sleep ...



was part of the recent RedVelvet Swap and Heather, my partner send me these :) so exquisite and i'm really glad it arrived in One piece ! (picture was taken by Heather...thanks !)

Scrapping = no housework done. I did what i should do. I did the latter. It's good to find our house clean with squeaky floor, sparkling sink ! Anyway, with the little scrapping time left, i finished this explosion box as fast as i could. It took me ages ; i am origami challenged and my fingers are like thumbs. What's worse? I actually threw the instructions on how to do up the box. congratulations to me, i finally completed it :] Box can be bought here !
