March is a month to celebrate.
many times over!

Our little guy turned 5 this month; and cut cake 4 times, 4 rounds of singing Happy Birthday. Loads of happiness and memories. Lots of fun!

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Paper-and-glue-wise, i managed a couple of layouts.
Here's one for Made With Love, using Dusty Attic's fabulous chipboard.
The worded title in the scripted fonts stole my heart. I'm a sucker for nice fonted chipboard.

I did a short tutorial on Dusty Attic's and thought i'll just share it here too:

Step 1
Coat chipboard with a layer of brown acrylic paint.
Let dry.
Dab a coat of gesso, ensuring it dries entirely.

Step 2

Using a small brush, apply blue perfect pearls onto chipboard.
You might wish to mix the perfect pearls in small amount of water (ie: a spritz) so that it "holds" the pigmented powder nicely on the chipboard.

Here's another layout I made using Webster's Pages:

that's about it for now...
it's time for the school term break. Looking forward this time :) !
