Scarlet Lime ; Frames ; Chipboard Goodness!
SCARLET LIME released 3 wonderful Kits > check it out HERE and i spy some Glitz Design's !! :)but bummer ; i'm still waiting for my kit to work on and it's STUCK somewhere in the other part of the world :(
How has your week been ...managed to escape into the paper and glue world i hope.
in the midst of packing, i managed to squeeze sometime experimenting and releasing some energy onto the pattern papers.
and some appreciation frames;
and sometime back, i won a challenge at Dusty Attic's LOVE LOVE LOVE their chipboards!
something exciting and new is coming up ... stay tune.

nd it ended as spectacularly as it started. Our Youth Olympic ended officially and we were fortunate enough to catch the last of its display of fireworks and the distinguishing of the olympic flame... woaw, Marina Bay's skyline is WOW! this week, i'm so pleased to guest for City Craft Challenge . and with Star theme in mind, i created this using Melissa France's.
thank you for having me! :)
and right now, my taste is still changing and evolving...feelin' texture-y and feel-y at the moment with burlaps and whatnots - using Glitz Designs.
and a couple presents to finish off ...
just borrowing my girl's picture here ... and yea, it's a winx club themed tray on the right :) LOVE girly stuff today !

Singapore Youth Olympic & GCD STUDIOS
We'd been busy ...
busy catching the youth olympic's live matches in stadium and in front of the TV.
I must say I don't adore the television.(seldom watch non-children programs in fact.)
Don't do sports, and not into sports.
But all in the name of the game, i was capable of calling the television my good companion :) I just love the watch the fierce competitive spirits in these young lads, living out their aspirations.
so being the minority among our friends, we, the siau-on (dialect slang for being crazy enthusiasts) family
got tickets for the hockey match (and it wasnt even the home team playing...*roll eyes*). surprisingly, it was pretty enjoyable and the kids were in awe and actually followed the game... and yea, this won't be the last we've got tickets for a couple more matches :) man... it's really SO difficult to take sports pictures especially at night!
pretty- pattern- paper- wise, a couple of cards using GCD STUDIOS and GCD STUDIOS facebook inspiration ... my heart skipped a beat ! Such fun and colorful polka dots !
and here are my interpretation based on the colorful collage.
and recently, this reached my door and am pleased to find these three pages, all using GCD STUDIOS on this idea book
this month, we were challenged to make layouts of where we live... and i did a page of out trip(s) to the not-so-new-anymore city reserviour.
and lastly, i am seriously into badges these days all inspired by nautical theme that is in the rage right now.... took out my ribbons and my charms, and a crown iron on, organza etc and turned it into a simple badge. Not too crazy over it, just satisfied how it turned out...i miss ruffling :) !

First thing first, THANK YOU ScrapThat for your very informative site and information you provided in my earlier post. It is very very much appreciated !

GOOD Things are lining up in the pipe line and really, I believe in all things men plan in good measures but God leads and paths the way... that said, i hope whatever
you're thinking of doing comes to fruitation.
This week, over at THE COLOR ROOM, we were inspired by
I'm constantly inspired by the talented ladies who share their passion for this carft. I hope you are too ! :)
My take on the fabulous palette, I used a mix of old old old stash (see the Fancy Pants flowery flourish rub on ? - well it is about 4 years old. lol. some sentimental value in that rub on :) ), K&Co and Melissa France's... Wanna know why it's sentimental go read my oldest post here... I don't blame you if you gawk :)
and finally a G45's card...
flowery clusters are timeless and so gorgeous but i've got a feeling i need to channel my attention to something else soon ...
It makes me glad in my heart when great things happen to people i know virtually/personally... CONGRATULATIONS to my friends all 'round .... :)

watching a movie to us is a luxury Ha! go figure.
so after watching this MUST WATCH super hyped movie, my mind has been thinking about it. the complexity of the plot is amazing...
it has been a long day and my swollen eyes are playing tricks again and one side looks like i got socked ....anyway, hope you'll have a great and restful weekend !
