7 Gypsies

I love 7 Gypsies by Canvas Corp Brand (in case you haven't realised) :) Love affair started from the beginning when I started paper crafting 12 years ago. Love for this brand is still strong!

In my project, I used several pieces of ephemera and largely 7 Gypsies Canvas Corp Collection: Heirloom. On my white printer's tray, I journaled and indicated birth dates of each important member of the family.

Family is so important to us and as time flies past in exponential speed, I thought it'll be great to write dates and milestone/events done just to remember.

Looking forward to adding more journaling/ important dates and anniversaries as we journey together as a family...

Layered Tattered Blooms

It's amazing how different textures work so well with one another.
Just like us mankind. So different, yet at times, we can bring out the very best  and complement each other.

On my project, i used several materials to built these beautiful neutral coloured blooms. With the help of Sizzix Big Shot Plus and flower die cut, I layered the flower sizes. Making sure to alternate between different materials. The pale pink looks simply gorgeous against the contrasted backdrop of black and white!

Burlap Love

Hi!

It has been a while since I last played with a piece of canvas. Have always love these blank stretched canvases.
So much possibilities. Canvas and burlap are unique textures in itself. They blend beautifully when put together!

Here's a 4"x4" canvas from Canvas Corp Brands. I created this for CCB's 4"x4" challenge.

Catch y'all again soon!

Canvas Corp Valentine's Pin It and Win Challenge and More...

Hey guys,

Love is all around in February!
Here's one of my first few (well, my 2nd V-Day related card, actually). A rustic Valentine's card created using Canvas Corp Brand's supplies.
The burlap background adds a unique texture and looks completely handmade. Love that.

These days, I am simply hooked to my die cuts (I use Sizzix, PapertryInk's and SpellBinder's dies).
Simply run the dies through my Sizzix Big Shot and I get the shapes I want. Saves times and it's crisp too!
At times, I really do prefer my Sizzix over my Silhouette for intricate patterns.

Here, I die cut scallop heart-shapes on 7-Gypsies pattern papers and "packed" the vellum envelope with many Lovelies. As though it's bursting with all things sweet.

So, we've a Challenge for all of you! Want a chance to win $50 worth of Canvas Corp Brand's?
Do visit CCB's blog to see what other creative V-Day cards our designers have come up with! =) It's going to be FUN!

I know I will never be able to accomplish much if I were to attempt weekly Project Life spread. I opted for something that's sustainable and I'll progress along as and when I have a story to tell :) Here's a couple of pages from here ….

Finally…. I just got to share these…. Matt Patent Metallic A5 Organizers. (Bigger than Personal A6Size).
