this week ....

Here's my week in pictures:

Big Girl's school BOOK DAY!
Not too shabby for a last-minute-pieced-together look... :)

my frantic search of felt (checked), teal pants (checked), skirt (checked), appliqué (checked), hat (checked), artificial stalks of strawberries (checked) .... Cut, stitch, pieced together.
phew. Sometimes, it's really useful to stock up irrelevant items at home!

So, today, i think I could see her skip while walking to school :).
Sweet.
All so worth it...

the next, a decorative tiered Birthday Cake (Using Melissa Frances).


It was created using oval boxes , stacked together on a cupcake stand....




The next Craft show is nearing and i've been seeing some really neat stuff!
